Eco-Tourism in Argentina

Eco-tourism is defined as traveling to uncontaminated areas for interpretive and study tours and enjoying direct contact with nature. This is one of the most popular forms of tourism in Argentina. Some of the most common ecotourism activies are trekking through national parks and natural reserves and birdwatching (approximatelly one thousand bird species have been identified in the country).
